Cashews caramelised until golden, finished with black and white sesame and flaked sea salt. Sweet, a little salty, with a thin shell that shatters when you bite in. The kind of thing that disappears from a bowl without anyone admitting to it.
Ingredients: cashews (59%), sugar, white sesame (1.8%), black sesame (1.8%), salt.
